Massa’s Internet bill to be introduced later this morning

Remember this town hall meeting where Congressman Massa promised to use the full force of his incumbency to  fight proposed Time Warner Internet Caps?  Remember this video?

Well, at 11:30 today, Congressman Massa’s third bill of the session will be introduced - the long waited Internet Cap bill called “Broadband Internet Fairness Act”

Phillip Dampier from stopthecap and Ben Scott of Free Press are also is also participating and will undoubtedly have details later.

Hope the bill is passed before the Caps come back.

    Just curious - has anyone heard the ads paid for by entercom that thank Chris Lee for opposing a radio tax and encourage people to call Dan Maffei and Eric Massa to oppose it as well? Any opinions on this issue? It’s hard to know the details from the ads.
