And Speaking of Tight Races….

We have been watching closely the ongoing count between Murphy and Tedisco in NY’s 20th,with good news,so far, for the Democrats.  A new decision in Minnesota brings Al Franken one step closer to being seated.   From the Politico:

A Minnesota court ruled Monday night that Democrat Al Franken has defeated Republican Norm Coleman and should be granted the election certificate that will allow him to take his seat in the U.S. Senate.

The Coleman camp immediately vowed to appeal.
