Prop 8 rally- more pics and words from Anne

The Join the Impact rally, despite the rain, was awesome – real energy
and spontaneity, cars honking and lots of waving and cheers.

The college kids led the chants, Ove Overmyer controlled the media,
Bess and Neil Houghton did sound bites and I bossed the crowd around…

But mostly it was just people and families standing in the rain
saying with just their presence that ‘enough is enough’. It renewed
us–

We
took 150 signs, people brought their own and there still weren’t
enough…
