It’s my party and I’ll appeal if I want too - Give it Up Jack

Jack Davis filed an appeal to keep his Jack Davis Save Farms and Jobs Party alive on the ballot. via the D&C

Jack Davis, who came in third place in Tuesday’s Democratic primary in the 26th Congressional District, filed paperwork to appeal a ruling by the Board of Elections that removed from the ballot a minor party line he created. Davis’ independent party petitions, which were circulated to create a “Save Farms and Jobs” party, were thrown out because Davis did not sign a statement accepting his place on the line, not because the collected signatures were invalid.

“We’re looking into all options and (the appeal is) a piece of that,” said Campaign Manager Luke Vaughn.

See, someone is living in a bubble. Do Jack Davis or his advisors actually believe there is a chance to make a difference, a positive difference in the NY-26th, if they are victorious in their appeal? Create a party and voters will come? Totally unrealistic - Jack Davis came in third overall.

No, this is about either Davis’ vanity or his advisers trying to extend the gravy train that is called Jack Davis’ bank account.

Give it up.
