Robert Harding at TAP has this up about David Nachbar, candidate for State Senate in the 55th district:

NARAL Pro-Choice New York, the State affiliate of a leading pro-choice advocacy group, announced the endorsement by its Political Action Committee of former Bausch and Lomb Senior Vice President David Nachbar (D) for State Senate. Nachbar is running in the 55th district, which includes roughly half of Monroe County. The Nachbar campaign announced the August 27, 2008, endorsement today.

In light of the RNC’s solid anti-choice, anti women campaign this week, it was good to see David get the nod from NARAL NY. I know that they’re out there everyday fighting for our rights. Thank you NARAL Pro-Choice NY and thank you Mr Nachbar for supporting a woman’s right to choose.
