Is privacy the cost of doing business with the County Clerk?  That is too high a cost.</description>

		<description>Did anyone check out the story in the D and C,. Why was Hasman not mentioned by name in the opening paragraph or even on the first page of the story. and simply made into an anonymous political opponent. Hasman's name doesn't appear until the second continuation page.
