What’s Goin’ On - RT Roundup 7/16/08
Just talk to me, so you can see, what’s goin’ on (lite list this morning, but more coming soon…):
- Just discovered (and blogrolled) this great website, which is the Rochester chapter of Iraq Vets Against the War. I love their tagline: “Honoring the Warrior, Not the War.” Their latest post is an open discussion of “Rochester’s Broken Anti-War Movement“. Go there, and, well, discuss.
- Use the “Get FISA Right” website’s “thank/spank tool” to send a thankyou email to Clinton and Schumer, who both voted against the crappy, constitution-shredding FISA bill. Proud to be a New Yorker today.

I’m with Iraq Veterans Against the War here in Rochester and I am a huge RT fan, so thanks for the mention. If anyone else on RT is interested in meeting up with some local anti-war vets, we are having an open meeting tomorrow night (Friday, July 18th @ 6pm) at the Cafe Underground Railroad.
Thanks again btp, I’ll keep my eye out for your post. Hope to see you on our site too.

Bryan- first of all, thanks for your service. In my news roundup I’ll mention your meeting tonight. We’re all a part of the solution, just a bunch of ants working together to do our thang. Or something like that.
