Bush legacy tour footage
The Messenger-Post has footage of the Bush Legacy Tour, which visited Fairport today:

Melanie Mroz of Perinton said “it just floors me” that people are still suffering from Hurricane Katrina. Her husband, Brad Freeman, said the country’s problems are not just Bush’s fault. He blames “the pathetic news media” and people more devoted to their televisions than what’s going on in the nation. He said everyone knows who won on “American Idol,” but no one knows who their congressman is.
They said they have tried talking to Kuhl and his representatives before, but never get any answers. They said they’ve been told one of Kuhl’s people will get back to them, but never do.
“They’re only interested in people who agree with them,” Freeman said. “They’re not interested in ideology.”
“They’re horrible,” Mroz added, noting the only time she ever received a response from Kuhl’s office was when she wrote a favorable letter. “They’re the most unresponsive political figures.”
I LOVED the little box that opens with the homepage to Rochester Turning! How appropriate to know that if only people had read this blog daily, Kuhl & The Gang including Bush, would never have been re-elected and there would be hope in America today, instead of foreclosures and bankrupt families across America.
It’s amazing how much knowledge one can gain by just reading RT daily! Just can’t wait for Eric Massa’s interview here on election morning when he STOMPS Randy Kuhl at the polls!
