    Page 15, section B of the Supreme Court’s decision is the key to look at, in my opinion. Notice the word “scheme” and also we may need to change the meaning of the word “own” here since that is what Davis is trying to do, buy the election so he can “own” it.

    He is not “vigorously and tirelessly” working to advocate his “own” candidacy either.

    At least we know Alito, Scalia, Thomas, and Roberts support Davis. To bad for him they aren’t voters in the 26th CD.
