		<description>With illegitimacy rate being the single biggest common denominator in regards to poverty, especially in the urban areas, I would think it's time to require sex education in schools, starting in the primary grades.  But with the fear and infatuation with sex in this country, I don't see anybody taking this ball and running with it any time soon.</description>
