		<description>all articles on hasman are worth a read. the more you learn about this guy's background you really feel that the clerks office (or any clerks office) could use some one like that running the ship. as to why the d and c is so lacking i still believe that it is because they operate like they are a monopoly. they play the odds and stay off the 'controversial' stuff like local politics.</description>
