When the presidential, congressional and state senate races are factored in to the local political scene, it's clear the Republicans are going to be stretched very thin. Not to mention the FAIR plan, Public Defender debacle and the MCC scandal. Oh yeah, and Democrats in Monroe County have a twenty thousand person enrollment advantage. This is shaping up to be a fun campaign season! It’s sad that a candidate who has done little except tow the party line is seen as having an advantage based exclusively on her incumbency and campaign funds.

I'm glad they've got their talking points straight :-) As for comparing his credentials to Dinolfo's -- what was Dinolfo before being the Clerk? Oh yeah, she was a trail lawyer who just happens to be the wife of a Republican Town Justice. I guess they were full up at the Water Authority that month.
