		<description>I think you're right about the way the two parties pick candidates, and I'm not saying it's wrong.  But it's too bad that in the 26th we have a rich stubborn old man who will drain the coffers of the better candidate (Powers) and therefore weaken him</description>

		<description>Lee doesn't need help raising money, as he is a self-funding millionaire.  I think Bellavia would take it to a primary if he could, but I doubt he can raise the money to be competitive.

Interesting how the Republicans chose their candidate, isn't it?  The county chairs talked to the candidates and announced their pick.  Glad I got to meet our candidates on the Democratic side and have some say in the process.</description>
