		<description>What happened to her crack budget team? The one that she so graciously offered to loan to the schools to help them after she &lt;strike&gt;screwed them over&lt;/strike&gt; implemented the "FAIR" plan? 

Shouldn't they be available to help back in the county, now that the schools (hopefully) won't need them?</description>
