		<description>I tend to think that this is a smart play by the DCCC.  Spend enough money to entice the NRCC to overspend on it.  This is a tough, tough district for Democrats.</description>

		<description>Hmm, the DCCC spent 142K on it and the NRCC spent  292K.  The DCCC has tons more money than the NRCC.  If it turns out to be a close one, the question will be why the DCCC didn't spend twice or 3x that amount.</description>
