Tell Jack Davis what you think
Got this from a reader in the 26th. Jack Davis wants to know if you want him to jump into the race. This, from a guy who didn’t campaign last time.
So send him a note and let him know. Not that he will listen or anything - personally, I believe it is a ruse. He has money and more importantly for this decision, ego. An ego that won’t let him see that we need to address more than one issue, and a politician actually needs to campaign. Single issue candidates don’t win.
If you are in the 26th, send Jack a note and then add it to our comments.
Should Jack get in, or stay away?
Update: btp here. Davis asks the question, but doesn’t clearly say how to let him know your answer. RT is here to help– to leave him a message, click here.

From The Davis Camp
We should have won in 06. I made some errors.
But throughout my life as an engineer and a business owner, I have learned from
my mistakes. I have learned that you don’t just talk about change, you have to
make change, or the other guy eats your lunch.
It’s a new year and a different kind of race. I have never had a primary
before, but I look forward to the opportunity to again spread my message and to
work hard to earn the votes of every Democrat, Independent and Working Families
Party member.
So I am making some changes. I have cleaned house with a new team, a new
campaign manager, a new pollster, and a new medial consultant.
Maybe you should have hired a spell checker too? Or maybe some people who actually want you to run again?
Or maybe it’s a new political field– “Medial Consultant”! Or maybe it means “Me dial”. Like, “I’ll make those calls for you, sir”.
No, I think he meant to say “medial”
me·di·al - adj.
Relating to, situated in, or extending toward the middle; median.
Average; ordinary.
Unless he meant medical, in which case I only have to say I’m happy he’s finally getting his head examined.
I sent 2 “fold” messages to Jack Davis. One by email, and the other through the message board. However, I noticed all the notes on the message board seem to be from 2006.
