Zyra, Rittler on The County Leg Police State
This clip from News8 does a decent job of showing how screwed up things were at the County Leg meeting, and pits GOP Prez Wayne Zyra against Joe Rittler, Communications Director for the Dem Caucus in the Leg.
Anyone else think that Zyra looks and sounds a little like Christopher Walken in the video?

Because, you know, the martial law the GOP is trying to impose isn’t creepy enough.

It would seem to me in all of this there is somebody missing criticism who should be getting plenty of it. Patrick O’Flynn is responsible for the manner in which his deputy’s are used. It’s time we asked him why he is allowing them to be used to stifle public debate. I am beginning to wonder what our laws allow as far as recall of our legislators.

Kevin Jolly compared it to Bull Conner - good for him.
Yep! The eyes have it BTP!

Buckley had his own special treatment for defendants without much money: Even if they were found not guilty, he ordered them to perform community service work to pay for their court-appointed lawyers, although defense lawyers and the district attorney had reminded him for years that the law guaranteed a lawyer at no cost.
