		<description>It would seem to me in all of this there is somebody missing criticism who should be getting plenty of it.  Patrick O'Flynn is responsible for the manner in which his deputy's are used.  It's time we asked him why he is allowing them to be used to stifle public debate.  I am beginning to wonder what our laws allow as far as recall of our legislators.</description>
