“And your little dog too”
We had talked about Maggie running for Jim Walsh’s seat in the 25th congressional district here. As we said last week Maggie has taken herself out. This week City News had a little blurb which sparked my imagination.
Brooks not running
County Executive Maggie Brooks says she’s not running for the House seat held by Syracuse area Republican Jim Walsh. Walsh is retiring at the end of this year, and Brooks was one of a slew of elected officials whose name was tossed out as a potential successor. Most of the others were from the Syracuse area.
Looks like she isn’t quite finished with destroying Monroe County yet.
