From the Politico:

Kuhl finally picked up the fundraising pace last quarter after being included on the National Republican Congressional Committee’s program to help vulnerable Republicans raise money. But he raised only about $42,000 from individual donors and still lags behind his second-time challenger, Democrat Eric Massa, in cash on hand.

Kuhl has $206,084 on hand.

Given the financial woes of the RNCC, this could be a problem down the road for Kuhl.
