TAP Attack: Good Stuff from The Albany Project

Don’t have the time to do a proper post about these, but The Albany Project has had a couple really good posts the last couple days:

  • More analysis on NY state senate district 48, and how potentially flippable to Dem control it is.  Our own jrviper did an analysis on that district earlier this week.
  • An interesting piece on the state’s School Progress Report. Worth a look given the local anti-public school stance that the local GOP’s platform now depends on.
  • Why doesn’t the state expand its successful health care programs to include EVERYONE? As a commenter suggested: ‘Watch a Republican’s head explode. Ask him this simple question, which contains math no higher than third-grade level.  ”Would you accept a tax increase of $1000 in order to save $3000 in health insurance premiums?”‘
  • Apparently the national GOP Senate Committee wanted to win the worst video ever award.  I gotta use exile’s line here: They make MCDC’s “Clean It For Beaver” video look like “Citizen Kane”.
