The Republican race summed up with ad clips
I highly recommend the following YouTube video for those intersted in getting a feel for the Republican presidential race thus far. I’ll tell you what I take away from it: Romney’s ads play into the stereotype of the uptight Mormon and Huckabee is by far the most natural performer of the group. But watch for yourself.

The constant blurring of the lines between the separation of church and state by the GOP is becoming concerning. From the national level to the local level (i.e. the Town of Greece), the total disregard of the Constitution and failure to uphold the First Amendment is happening daily before our eyes, and yet no one is doing anything to stop it. Just like the spying and tapping of American citizens, now this.
People are concerned that one is a Morman, one carries a bible and is waiting for Armageddon to occur, that one talks to Jesus about policy decisions…wtf? Why is this even a part of the “choosing” process?
What gives them the right to continuously defy the Constitution? What gives them the right to alter the Constitution at all? They are in violation of law, and need to be taken to task on the issue.
If that means impeach Bush/Cheney to protect the Constitution, then so be it. They were sworn in to uphold the Constitution and have failed miserably to do so.
Something is happening and it’s not a good thing. Am I the only one who can see this?
I agree with you. I don’t see why Romney has to defend his magic underwear to people who believe in the rapture. That’s not to say that all social conservatives believe in the rapture, but it sure seemed to me that speech he gave about Mormonism was aimed at the rapture crowd. And I think that’s screwed up.
