Some people aren't quite sharp enough, through no fault of their own necessarily, to realize they're being jerked around and lied to. Ted announced a week or so ago, in his video #9, that he was against Spitzer's plan, for some fairly reasonable and practical reasons. Seems like the truth doesn't make a damned bit of difference anymore.
