Meet Doreen Levin - Someone needs to sit in Tony’s chair - he doesn’t
Folks this is Doreen Levin. She is running for County Legislature from Penfield. She was at the Webster Town Hall meeting (some Penfield residents attend Webster schools). We really didn’t get a chance to chat at length but I was impressed at her intensity and her engagement. She is a fighter.
Her opponent, of course, is Tony LaFountain. Seen here tied to Maggie/Minariks hip. Or as I like to say- an empty piece of furniture (unseen here at a public hearing about the unF.A.I.R. plan).
Looks like this sign gets you an empty chair when it comes to public comment about Maggie’s unF.A.I.R. plan.

Glad to see you are writing about Doreen Levin. I only met her once a long time ago. Nevertheless, listening to what her husband has to say about her on many occasions, and knowing that she is a Democrat, I have to believe that she will be a fantastic legislator. She will be a fighter and she won’t back down.
I just wish I lived in her district so I could vote for her.
I heard her talking about unFAIR on the radio today - she’s got a sharp mind and a great personality, and knows her stuff politically. I was very impressed.
I talked with her at the Webster Forum. She’s a real “spit-fire”. No doubt she’d be an effective legislator.
