Rudy’s radio problems

When I was in New York City not long after 9/11, I happened to have a conversation with a firefighter, who told me that there was enormous amount of anger among firefighters about the various communications failures that happened on 9/11. In particular, he believed that if the fire department had had better radios, they would have been able to get the firemen out of the lower floors of the first building before it collapsed.

For whatever reason, the media never really picked up on this issue at all. Now, the site Real Rudy has put together a short film about this.
