I hear that one of the big problems with the Midtown complex is asbestos, which is apparently very expensive to remove, thereby deterring developers from moving on the site. Its my understanding that if this problem is addressed, we might see a bunch of big time investment firms jump on the real estate. I think its great we finally have a governor that appears to truly cares (willing to put money behind his rhetoric) about Upstate! Hurray for the city!
