Powers can’t make DFA meeting tonight
Earlier, we told you about an opportunity to meet Congressional candidate Jon Powers tonight at a Democracy For America meeting. I just got this email:
Unfortunately, due to a scheduling snafu and a flight to New York, Jon cannot attend link up tonight but will try to reschedule for November or December.
We will still meet at 6:30 to accommodate anyone who doesn’t receive this message, but there’s no need to start immediately at 6:30, so please feel free to join us when you can. We will hear from Ted Nixon about the campaign (it’s going well!) and discuss the Monroe County Budget fiasco and its impact. I know Eric Massa is in town tonight and I believe he is still stopping by.

Unfortunately, Eric’s schedule changed as well. But, we still will have Ted Nixon
