Rick Dollinger: I’m still a judge

The Albany Times Union blog followed up on our report about the polling being done about a possible Dollinger/Robach face off for a local state Senate seat:

”I’m a judge. I’m working as a judge this afternoon,’’ said Dollinger who serves at the Brighton town court judge and works as a lawyer in Rochester.

When asked if he’s looking to re-enter the political arena he said: “I don’t think I can answer the question either way, because if I said ‘no,’ I’d be talking politics and if I said ‘yes’ I’d be talking politics. If I said ‘maybe’ I’d be talking politics.’’

Dollinger did acknowledge he was aware of the polling but was unfamiliar with the details.

It’s a nondenial, I guess.
