Breese out loses primary in Henrietta
We told you earlier about Henrietta town supervisor Jim Breese’s conflicts with his own party. His loss tonight is one of the two big stories in early primary returns tonight (from the D&C):
Several incumbents were among the early losers tonight as Rochester-area voters chose candidates for the Nov. 6 general election.
Longtime Henrietta Town Supervisor James R. Breese was among those ousted, as was Geneva Mayor Donald Cass.
We’re curious to know what our friends over at NoStringsGeneva make of the mayoral primary there.

The broader population in Henrietta has a history of shifting their votes between the Conservative and Republican line based on who they want to see in office and who has what party line. I do think it will be an uphill battle for Breese though, given his health and snarky attitude.
No, never met him. People in Henrietta really seem to dislike him, though.
