Lee Strong has a pretty good take on the report that Jack Doyle may have broken the law by giving state construction money to AirTran to get them to come to Rochester:

Oh those State Comptroller’s Office auditors.

They picked on the Town of Gates, the City of Rochester, and the Monroe County Water Authority, and now they are wagging their fingers at former County Executive Jack Doyle’s administration.

You’d figure they’d have better things to do than to issue negative reports about the alleged misuse of public money, right?

Probably politically motivated anyway.

Nothing like good sarcasm at a time like this.
