Tactical momentum. Great rhythm: da-da-da-da-BUM-bum Each word is a little onomatopoeic, too, with the sharp T and K sounds in "tactical" conveying precision, and the softer M and O sounds stretching out and lengthening "momentum". The sounds and meanings also contrast well with each other. Hats off to the Republican spin machine! You know, linguistically it’s a pretty neat word pair.
