Oh, wait. You can't cut and run if you were never there to begin with. I always thought that if he was truly serious about running, he'd have quit his job when he first announced he was running. It's not like he had to keep his job in order to put food on the table. It was clear that he had other priorities from the very start. Thank god he's dropping out. Hopefully, he has fallen from graces with the DCCC and they won't be shoving him at us ever again. He has no problem cutting & running on the people of the 29th. Oh, wait. This is his second time dropping out of the running. If you truly have ideas for the district and you truly believe you are the best person for the job and you've announced you are running, they you should run no matter what anyone says.
