In case you missed it…
What a week
Let’s start with asking what the difference is between lying, exaggerating, misrerpresenting, stretchingm or fill in the similar adjective here. Have a look at David Nachbar - Democratic candidate in the NY29th currently held by Randy Kuhl (R-rubberstamp). Nachbar says he will start actively running in 2008. He is on the video clip saying the DCCC encouraged him to run. In fact, if you listen to the clip - he implies that the DCCC has no confidence in Eric Massa because, well, the DCCC didn’t discourage him [Nachbar] not to to run whihc he would have gladly done for the sake of the party. - ergo he has support for the DCCC. OK - maybe that is true. Then again the DCCC says no - in fact the flurry of phone calls to the DCCC prompted this post.
Well - Either Nachbar or the DCCC are, in a word, is exaggerating, misrerpresenting, stretching lying.
But politics is local right - so we first posted that the Democrats punted when it comes to a County Executive. Not to worry someone stepped up and is running against Queen Maggie.

Ladkiddo - reminds us via City News that the Water Authority continues to splash the rate payers with cold water.
Just a reminder - Support the Troops go to Lonsberry’s bake sale. Maybe they sell those Support the troop stickers too so the troops can have the right amount of body armor. Or vote Democrats attempt to stop the war.
