Air Bruno, the Movie
[ev type="youtube" data="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_0jJ7kWL74Y"][/ev]That’s right, Joe Bruno (R-Rensselaer), State Senate Majority Leader, has been using state money (paid by you, the citizens of NYS) to fly him to his various fundraisers. He’s refused to open the the records on how exactly he wasted public money.
Remember Alan Hevesi, who resigned after using state money to pay drivers to chaffeur his sick wife? Joe Bruno was the loudest voice calling for his head. Talk about hypocrisy.

And remember, we’d would have found out about this much earlier if we had a more open government, and we definitely wouldn’t be faced with a public employee (Bruno) refusing to tell us, his collective boss, what he’d been using our money for.
