Let’s keep those endorsements coming
Canandaigua endorses Eric Massa:
CANANDAIGUA, N.Y. – Congressional Candidate Eric Massa of Corning was officially endorsed by the Canandaigua Democratic Committee this past week. The Canandaigua Democratic Committee is one of the largest committees in the entire district, and the largest one in Ontario County. Massa is running for Congress in New York’s 29th District.
“I am deeply honored that the Canandaigua Democratic Committee has chosen to endorse my candidacy for Congress in the Fighting 29th,” said Congressional Candidate Eric Massa. “We are going to stand as one big team, and I know that together we will take this seat in 2008.”
“We had a very high turn out at our monthly meeting of the Canandaigua Democratic Committee and there was great support for Eric,” said Maria Bucci, Chair of the Canandaigua Democratic Committee. “Eric is a proven entity and many of our members have supported him as volunteers during his 2006 race. We’ve very pleased that he has thrown his hat in ring again as Randy Kuhl remains vulnerable. We are eager to work hard for Eric, he’s the right person for this district.”
“It is the support of hardworking, dedicated Committees, like the one in Canandaigua, that reconfirms my belief that we can win,” said Massa. “I absolutely cannot do it alone, and so I thank you for your faith in my candidacy. The process of receiving endorsements is absolutely essential for grassroots campaign to get moving so I thank all of you. Members of the Canandaigua Democratic Committee represent hundreds of Democrats and registered blank voters, so this is a very important endorsement to me.
