Henrietta Dems endorse Massa
From a press release (no link yet):
Congressional Candidate Eric Massa of Corning was unanimously endorsed by the Henrietta Democratic Committee. This represents the Eighth Official Endorsement by a Monroe County Town Democratic Committee in New York’s 29th Congressional District for Massa.
(snip)
Henrietta has 20,191 registered voters, and is one of nine towns in Monroe County which makes up New York’s 29th Congressional District. Out of these nine towns, Massa now has the endorsement of the Democratic Committees of Chili, Gates, Henrietta, Mendon, Penfield, Perinton, Pittsford, and Rush. The 29^th District consists of all or parts of Allegany, Cattaraugus, Chemung, Monroe, Ontario, Schuyler, Steuben, and Yates Counties.
So the only Town in Monroe left that hasn’t endorsed is Brighton.

Has Nachbar surfaced yet? Has he even bothered to respond to the numerous invitations to address groups? He never responded to DFA and from what I hear he’s ignored all other invitations.
This attitude/behavior is about the worst I can imagine from someone who wants to represent voters. What is he thinking?
More and more it just seems like a game–a powerplay on someone’s part…a bluff to see if Massa blinks. But with all the endorsements Massa has already received and the support among the grassroots, isn’t it painfully obvious that Nachbar either doesn’t have a prayer or should at least be out there talking to people.
I heard Nachbar snubbed the City of Canandaigua Democratic Committee this week & was a no-show, even though he had supposedly confirmed as recently as Friday that he would be at their meeting. They endorsed Eric.
It’s so weird. It’s like he’s purposefully trying to do exactly what he needs to in order to piss off the Dem base. I just don’t get it.
The Brighton Dems have their endorsement meeting scheduled for this coming Monday night, at 7:30 at the Legacy (the senior development behind MercyHS). Both candidates have been invited.
