For all the incompetent things Maggie Brooks has done, this has to be the worst.

According to a NYS Comptroller’s audit, the Monroe County Health Department is failing our children when it comes to the critical concern of lead poisoning. Quoting the Comptroller’s report, Friday’s D & C had this sad gem:

“During our visit to Monroe County, officials told us that as soon as children reach six years of age, they are discharged from case management unless otherwise requested by their provider, even if a child has been continuously receiving case management services. Monroe County was the only one of the five counties we visited that used this practice”

What truly disgusts me is this quote from John Ricci, a MC spokesman:

“We have not seen the report yet and therefore cannot comment on it until we have had the opportunity to review the report,”

Now, compare what Mr. Ricci said to what Maggie Brooks had to say about the pressing concern of Porn at the Library:

“Simply put, I refuse to allow any further County tax dollars to flow to a facility that has failed to protect our children,”

The only way I could be more disgusted is if Mrs. Brooks was “acting” in the library porn.
This woman needs to go.
