Batiste and Massa to live blog together on dailykos

Today, I am proud to announce that Major General John Batiste will be joining me for a special live blog session at www.dailykos.com on Monday June 18th from 11:30 am - 12:30 pm. Usually I reserve my live blog time for Sundays from 3-6 pm, however I can’t refuse the good General’s kind offer.
I’m sure many of you already know who John Batiste is, but if not, please allow me to introduce you. Major General John Batiste has dedicated his life to serving and protecting the United States. At the beginning of the Iraq war, Gen. Batiste and his 1st Infantry Division was the very tip of the spear going into Baghdad. John Batiste understands exactly what is going on in Iraq today. When the President claims to “listen to the Commanders on the ground,” he is talking about John Batiste, however he was not listening. Frustrated with the failed policies of the White House, and especially former Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld, Batiste resigned his commission so he could speak out.
I’m sure that alot of us, with alot to say, will want to be in on this. So, mark your calenders for Monday and join in the dialogue.
