One suggestion, though: your video pixelates because you're moving too fast. Either YouTube or your camera is not happy with the heavy movement. You should probably see if you can shoot at 320x240, 30FPS and see how it uploads, then try the full 640x480, 30FPS and see which one it likes better. Either way, definitely slow down the pans where possible. Very cool. One suggestion, though: your video pixelates because you’re moving too fast.
