This more than makes up for Fred Thompson’s political ambitions (check out this bout of Gandhi-bashing, yes Gandhi-bashing, he engaged in recently) along with Sam Waterston’s Tobinesque promotion of the loser third-party currently known as Unity 08. It may not quite make up for the fact that I hate the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, but it’s a start.
