You wouldn’t know that is was the 4th anniversary of Bush’s mission accomplished speech if you looked in the D&C this morning. The first article about Iraq was on PAGE 9A.

This is the 4th year anniversary of the Republican political machine doing their job to entrench the Republican party for the foreable future by disabling the government functions that are supposed to prevent this sort of thing. Blocking opposing views in the government, instilling myopic exclusionary political plans instead of bringing the nation together, crippling the organs of government that are supposed to provide information on which to act. We have listened to our Republican-lead government blame just about everything and everyone else except themeselves. Of course we have a media who continues to enable it.
Just look at pages 1A to 8A in this morning’s Democrat and Chronicle. Silence
