The disdain many showed to Vietnam vets when they returned was shameful, but this is worse. This is our own government systematically telling vets that they are second class citizens. This area and this country needs a representative that has served in Iraq instead of one who has been served lobster in Iraq. Welcome back to the fray Eric! Thank you for your service to your country to date, and thank you in advance for the work you will put in through November '08 and beyond to serve us in a new capacity.
