Water Buffalo Press has a post arguing (convincingly) that some of the payment of benefits to Maggie Brooks’ close personal friends members of the Monroe County Water Authority are illegal, at least in the opinion of the Attorney General. Which is the relevant opinion here, of course.
Fighting29th has more on the closing of the acute psychiatric unit at the VA hospital. Later on, I’ll address another of Fighting29th’s posts — which I originally disagreed with but which I now (grudgingly) admit is correct. This will contain some old school New York State Republican trivia, as promised a few days ago.
