Kuhl named Deputy Minority Whip of the House

This is a bit of a surprise, since Randy’s gone off the Republican reservation with his first few votes, voting with the Democrats for the minimum wage and for implementing the 9/11 commission’s recommendations. I’m on the road, but I’ll try to look into what this means when I’ve got more time.

Update: btp here, riding shotgun while Exile drives. Apparently there are *many* Deputy Minority Whips, reporting to the Cheif Deputy Whip, and Randy is just one of them.
