Military media group to call for Rumsfeld’s resignation

MSNBC is reporting that the Army Times, Navy Times, Air Force Times, and Marine Times will run an editorial on Monday calling for Donald Rumsfeld’s resignation. I’ll have a link up as soon as I see one. Here’s the Military Media Group editorial. Here’s the MSNBC article about the editorial.

George Bush has a different opinion about Rumsfeld, of course:

With less than a week before the election, President Bush sought to rally Republican voters on Wednesday with a vigorous defense of the war in Iraq and a vow to keep Defense Secretary Donald H. Rumsfeld in office until the end of Mr. Bush’s term.

I wonder what Vets for Kuhl and a certain former Congressman turned Kuhl campaign flack have to say about all this. Are they with the men on the ground or with George Bush and Donald Rumsfeld? I wonder.
