Why do you suppose Rochester, an overwhelmingly Democratic city, has 3 Republican Congressmen and 1 Democratic Congresswoman? Gerrymandering districts to include a slice of city and a lot of country has most certainly benefited the Republicans, but a new poll out today suggests that rural areas are turning blue fast! Looks like Reynolds, Walsh and Kuhl may be forced to take lobbist jobs soon.
