Look homeward, angel
Yesterday, we reported on Louise Slaughter’s generous, even heroic, transfer of $100,000 to other Democratic campaigns and committees. As terrific as that was, there’s one more thing she needs to do: max out her contributions to local candidates. She could still transfer $2,000 more to the Massa campaign, which really needs it. There’s an old saying: charity begins at home. Why not give her a call and ask her to give a little more to Massa. I’ll check up on her situation with Maffei later and see if she can give him more.
