Eliot Spitzer and David Paterson roll into town tomorrow. We’ve had some debate on Spitzer’s merits as a governor (mostly along the line of “will he be great or just good”), but make no mistake: he will be the next governor. He’s a pretty dynamic speaker and his running mate, David Patterson, oozes old school political charm (look for him to break out his story about watching a boxing match in Rochester years ago — it’s a classic).
