MoveOn now has pdf fact sheets up pertaining to the ads (they may have had these up earlier, but I didn’t notice them). They’re here and here. Personally, I think the “Red-Handed” ad is fine, but find certain aspects of “Dumping Billions” to be misleading.

Greenberg-Qunlan-Rosner (a prominent Democratic polling firm) has done some research, which suggests that the ads have been very successful in other districts where they have been run.
