Dan Maffei featured on DKos

Hey Gang,

Sorry I’ve been away for a while (2 weddings and a camping trip will do that)… Anyway I’m at work and can’t write a full article right this moment, but I wanted everyone to know about a Dkos article about Dan Maffei.

His campaign is really starting to pick up and I’ll be writing a lot more frequently since I’m a bit more freed up.

Best,

-J

Hey my man! Welcome back! 2 weddings and a camping trip– sounds like 4 weddings and a funeral. Except better.

This quote from the dkos article sounds promising:

He comes across as highly intelligent, and articulate. He is also an excellent listener, and capable of what I am convinced is genuine empathy. He is capable of formulating complex answers to difficult questions asked impromptu (I was sure he had no idea I was going to ask him some tricky ones), and, does not grandstand or make grand statements along the lines of…”When I am in Congress XYZ etc etc … “. He came across as realistic about the odds he faces, and, on a host of issues, struck me as a candidate and person I was in agreement with, again and again.

I think that what we need to do is give a strong show of support on the KOS website and attempt to get more recognition for Dan out to the national blogosphere. With that will come more national name recognition, but we still need to get his name out around the Monroe County area, I mean we are 1/4th of his electorate.

I like that idea garbag3man. If you want to coordinate something, I’m in!
